Bart,

As I said the problem is not foreign companies. I am for free trade, not slave and child trade. If BMW or Honda wins the game without using slaves to make the cars that is fine. If NEC of China steals the name and product line of the U.S. company and uses child and slave labor I have a problem.

My previous plan was awesome, while working for one of them foreign companies you so despise.

The problem is healthcare has been turned into a 'right' by the left. It is not. If people want it as a right, then move to Canada or England or one of the other socialist countries where govt. must be all to all. The worst thing that can happen to healthcare in America is for government to become even more involved. Mandatory this, regulate that, next thing you know cost will be even higher subsidized by a healthcare tax added on to the already burdensome income, medicaid, medicare, workers comp., social security, etc. taxes being stolen from the American worker.

Bart,

The study was done by HARVARD. Also FORD help pay for the study. Why would FORD pay for a bias study on healthcare and bankruptcy. They own FORD MOTOR CREDIT(loans). Ford did not want healthcare problems taking out of the bankruptcy bill.

Bart,

I got a study for you. Find someone who likes their health insurance plan who does not work for the government or an insurance company?

Konop,

I am not necessarily arguing with the study, but we all know statistics can be manipulated to favor one's intended result. To use only 1771 cases from only 5 of 77 federal court jurisdictions leaves room for doubt as to the veracity of the findings.

Bill,

The new blog will be done in a week or so. It will be on controlcongress.com. We are working on a different look and feel. We will have bloggers from all parties. The idea is to be a townhall of ideas.
