Rumors have it that at 9:30 AM on the morning of November 2, the U.S. Senate Committee on Indian Affairs will convene another episode of Jack "How Much Can I Rip-Off My Clients And Stuff Down My Shorts" Abramoff and his sidekicks-in-Greed, Ralph "I Didn't Know The Money Was Dirty, But I Decided To Launder It Anyway" Reed and Grover "Let Me See How Many IRS Laws I Can Break By Helping Jack and Ralph Launder Money Through My 501(c)(4)" Norquist.

Previously, the committee was going to convene next Wednesday, October 26. This date has now been moved to November 2 according to their Website U.S. Senate Indian Affairs Committee as of last night.

An excerpt from yesterday's edition of Roll Call (yes, to all of you Ralph-Reed-Is-God freaks, probably another left-liberal news organization hell-bent on proving Ralph Reed is the Anti-Christ rather than the warm-hearted guy you folks think he is, eh?) states the following: "Federici warned senior Interior officials that prominent Christian conservatives such as Ralph Reed and James Dobson were concerned about the spread of Indian casinos, all of which was part of a campaign by Abramoff to create political pressure on the department. Abramoff and Scanlon, though, were also secretly routing millions of dollars to companies controlled by Reed to help in the effort. Part of Wednesday's hearing will focus on Reed's involvement in the Coushatta effort, according to McCain..."

Didja get that last sentence, folks? That might mean that little Ralphie Poo is set to TESTIFY on November 2 in front of the committee!

That's right. Ralph will have to take an oath not to lie, and then...he will work his ass off to coordinate what he says with what has previously been reported in his defense. Or, he will simply state "Senator, I have no recollection."

But, you see, the one question that has never been asked of Ralph...the one question that is easy to overlook in all of these news stories is simply this: Ralph, if, as you claim now, you had no idea the money used to fight the Alabama lottery initiative came from pro-gambling interests, then WHY was there a need to launder it through the Alabama Christian Coalition? Why not just take the money directly from Abramoff's law firm? The same question can be applied to the eLottery, Inc. funds.
