Re: Don't Get Your Panties In A Wad

Dear PV,

As a co-worker of Ms. Cook, I feel that I must inform you and your readers of the following points of interest. First of all, "Poakey" is Kelli's pet name for her donkey tattoo, not the name of a family pet.

Secondly, the PETA sticker on the back of her Honda Hybrid is currently covering the "Bluegrass Forever" bumper sticker that she once seemed so proud of as well as a major point of contention between her and myself.

Lastly, she is quite fond of telling stories regarding "life on the campaign trail" with Uncle Walter in '84 and I have had enough. I worry that your website may become a venue for Ms. Cook's endless tirades. I felt it was my duty to inform you of this possibility; I hope that I have not overstepped my bounds.

Conservatively,

PV Responds: Nah, Kevin, there are no bounds to overstep on the Political Vine...
