Republican Fulton County Commissioner Bob Fulton passed away early this morning of a heart attack. He was 72 years old.

Bob was first elected in 1994, and represented the area of Fulton County from north Sandy Springs to the northern edge of the county, including Roswell, Alpharetta, and Mountain Park.

Bob is survived by his wife, Jackie, a daughter and two sons. Funeral arrangements have not been announced yet.

Bob is well-remembered by the Political Vine as always willing to open-up his home for the North Fulton YRs' Christmas party. Bob will be missed by many, including us.
