Dear PV,
I would just like to remind all of the people that are mad at the late king Roy, that he was not the first person to change our state flag. Gov. Talmadge did it in the 50s without a state referendum just like Gov. Barnes. I do believe that we need to address this issue for the less informed. I don't like the Jesse Jackson designed flag we now have. Nor do I want to bring back the Talmadge flag. I would suggest that if we really want a Georgia patriotic flag then we should consider the one that flew over our state capitol in 1788, when we first officially became a state of United States. Besides, which flag do we say allegiance to anyway? Just a thought.
