Dear Political Vine:

Saturday was a great day for Republicans in the Sixth District as we
elected a strong slate of officers and District and State Committee
members, headed by Sue Everhart. It is an honor and a privilege to be a part of this team. I am truly honored to be reelected as First Vice Chairman by the Sixth District. We are ready to continue the work we have begun, to help elect another U.S. Senator from Georgia and reelect our President.

Anthony-Scott Hobbs, his two children, myself, my wife and two Cobb County GOP officers had lunch Saturday after the convention. I had not had the opportunity to "break bread" with Anthony-Scott and when he suggested we all grab some lunch, I readily accepted. I had the opportunity to hear about some of the things Anthony-Scott wants to do in Cobb and we had a good exchange of ideas.

We are all on the same team. I am looking forward to working with Sue Everhart, Anthony-Scott Hobbs and all Republicans in Cobb, Fulton and Cherokee to continue to advance the Republican cause. Thank you again to the Sixth District Delegates for the trust you have placed in me.
