Rumors have it that if Michael Thurmond jumps to the Lt. Governor’s race, a Republican free-for-all will likely ensue with other candidates joining Brent Brown in the melee. Two other names have surfaced as possibilities: former state senator Robert Lamutt and current state representative Clay Cox.
