To Those Who Support The UAE Ports Deal: Are you willing to stake your life on it?

Bill Simon, Tuesday, February 28th, 2006

Seriously, I have a question for those who blindly support the President on this deal: Are you truly willing to stake your life on your beliefs that the UAE are our buddies for life? You may be doing just that.

The interesting thing you should take note of is that regime change in the countries of the Middle-East can happen at the snap of your fingers.

Governor Perdue To GOP Grassroots: “Green Is The Only Color We Care About”

politicalvine, Monday, February 27th, 2006

Rumors have it that in an act of what can best be described as supreme arrogance, the Georgia State Republican Party proudly invites anyone who wishes to attend their annual “President’s Day” dinner on March 9 to attend…as long as they can pony-up a $1000 minimum-priced ticket.

U.S. Outsources Homeland Security to North Korea?

Bill Simon, Monday, February 27th, 2006

Feb. 21, 2006 – Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff raised eyebrows today by announcing that the United States would outsource all of it homeland security operations to a little-known North Korean firm called Jim Kong-Il Inc.

CIA Says: “Dubai officials, Osama cozy before 9/11”

Bill Simon, Monday, February 27th, 2006

Now, to those of you who think anyone against this impending deal are nothing but a bunch of “xenophobic racists,” this information won’t penetrate your ignorant skulls.

See, Osama Bin Laden was a KNOWN terrorist to this country before 9/11. UAE knew about that and STILL consorted with the little sh**.

So, while UAE appears to have gone out of their way to make nicey-nice with the USA since 9/11, I’m not much into buying their “good graces” when their princes were off cavorting with Osama on hunting trips.

CIA World Factbook on United Arab Emirates

politicalvine, Sunday, February 26th, 2006

Yee-haw! Just what we need! Better access to transporting illegal drugs to the United States. What a great plan, President Dubious Bush!

By the way, the CIA’s file on UAE was updated as of January 10, 2006.

    The Ugly:

House member Calvin Hill, R-Woodstock, for his declaration of war against FDR for sins of the flesh…we can’t wait for Hill to start throwing out MLK, Jr. Day for the same reasoning…

New York Post: Al Quaeda Told UAE in 2002 “We have infiltrated your government”

Bill Simon, Saturday, February 25th, 2006

The document from 2002 was a letter to the UAE and contained the following:

“You are well aware that we have infiltrated your security, censorship and monetary agencies, along with other agencies that should not be mentioned,” the message said.

“Therefore, we warn of the continuation of practicing . . . policies which do not serve your interest and will only cost you many problems that will place you in an embarrassing state before your citizens.

Follow The UAE Ports Money Right To FOB (Friends/Family of Bush)…

Bill Simon, Friday, February 24th, 2006

I said it in an earlier post that there was something mighty fishy about Bush’s stance on threatening the veto on a possible bill that might block the takeover of American ports by the UAE. There was way too much passion in his reaction.

That, combined with the fact that he didn’t even know about the impending deal until it hit the newspapers, tells me, again, that something’s up.

And, you know what? Turns out I was right to be suspicious. Why? Because there is a money trail relationship between the Bush family and the United Arab Emirates.

Fool Me Once, Shame on You…Fool Me Twice, Call Me A Racist?

Bill Simon, Wednesday, February 22nd, 2006

Because, with $6.8 Billion on the line if the sale of the port managment company goes through and is taken over by the United Arab Emirates, something smells mighty fishy coming out of the Bush White House right now with their reaction and amazement that any member of Congress would DARE question the President’s decision. Mighty fishy.

Special Memo to the Senate Panel Looking at Abramoff, Reed, and Norquist

Bill Simon, Wednesday, February 22nd, 2006

I previously reported about the article in the Kansas City Star regarding a likely new investigation into Jack Abramoff using non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations to launder money from Indian casinos to people like [tag]Ralph Reed[tag]. In that Star article (see post below), Ralph is quoted as denying he ever knew the true source of the funds […]
