Grover Norquist and his Americans for Tax Reform (ATR) operation(s) are going to be on the hot seat due to a recent complaint filed with the IRS.

The organization Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) recently filed a complaint on Norquist’s use of the ATR bank account to launder money for anti-lottery fights in Alabama coordinated by Ralph Reed and Jack Abramoff.

I don’t know what teeth a complaint filed by a non-government entity has, but if the IRS takes any notice of this, the tax-exempt status of ATR should be yanked and, if any wrongdoing of a criminal nature has been committed by Norquist, I hope he gets prosecuted just like every other white-collar criminal has, vis-a-vis, the Enron crowd.
