Rumors have it that State Representative Matt Dollar (R-Cobb County) has been living outside of his district for at least 2 years and is shacked-up with one of his girlfriends in her Buckhead apartment. Rumors around the Capitol is that it is well-known amongst his fellow legislators who consider it one of the wink-wink-nod-nod perks of being in the majority.
