Former House Majority Leader Tom “The Hammer” DeLay” is wussing-out of both his upcoming general election AND will be resigning very soon from the House of Representatives.

Guess The Hammer was about to meet a blast furnace this November and didn’t want to muss-up his hair.

Hey, maybe he and Newtie will form a political consulting company called “Ex’es from Texas and Georgia”…
