Georgia Democratic Party Going To Offer a Full-Court Press in 2008?

Rumors have it from Andre Walker’s blog that the Georgia Dems are going to be putting-up some pretty serious contenders against some sitting GOP members of Congress.

MOST notable names (from my perspective) are Former Governor of Georgia Roy Barnes challenging Phil Gingrey, and Charles Brewer (founder of Mindspring ISP and now a real estate developer) challenging Tom Price.

If they can get this group of democrats in serious races against the incumbent republicans, you could see some upsets in 2008.

Today's Deep Thought

I bet the main reason the police keep people away from a plane crash is that they don't want anybody walking in and lying down in the crash stuff. Then, when somebody comes up, they act like they just woke up and go, 'What was THAT?!'
